So many things to improve, i dun even know where to begin anymore...

Just came back from Perth, the position assigned to me simply make my heart sink to the bottom... Working with all ranking crews and seeing them doing everything so fast and so efficient... i so want to be like them... But my hand and mind just refuse to cooperate with each other... My incompetence just failed me again and again... I reckon my heart wasn't right to begin with. Maybe being the most junior in the coming new fleet will b a good start... A380, i hope u shape my heart!
